XPS 13 9333 can't boot Windows 10
I am trying to install Windows 10 x64 to a XPS 13 9333. I have tried several build versions of Windows 10 x64. For all of them, the bootable usb stick lets me proceed with the installation and the computer reboots off the internal disk. It attempts to continue the boot/installation process, but gets stuck and never completes. For some builds, the spinning wheel just spins and spins. For other builds, the spinning wheel hangs outright.

I don't think it is a Windows 10 build issue or a problem with your USB bootable drive. I personally think there is a problem with your hard disk due to which your laptop is restarting and getting stuck during the installation process.
Run Dell Diagnostics on your laptop with a booting key, this will tell you whether your hard disk is fine or not. Diagnostic boot is different in every laptop of Dell, you can easily know from here.

If your hard disk is found to be fine even after Dell Diagnostics, you can install Windows 10 in another way. First of all, you have to install Windows 8 on your Dell XPS laptop and then just upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10. that's all. you have Windows 10 running on your laptop. This method is quite helpful, you can try it
