Windows Hello not working
I just bought a Nexigo HelloCam that is Windows Hello compatible. The camera works but not with Windows Hello. I have contacted Nexigo support and they had me try some things, but none fixed the problem. They are thinking my computer is not compatible with Windows Hello. Is the Dell XPS 8950 with Windows 11 Pro not compatible with Windows Hello. I have updated the OS to the latest updates.
Everything else about the camera works i.e. the camera and microphone.
No Events found!

I have the same issue with my HelloCam when it is plugged into my Thunderbolt4 dock. If I plug it into my computer directly it works fine for Hello, but when plugged into the dock it only works as a web cam, not for Hello. Have you tried connecting it to other USB ports on your computer? Not all ports have the same capabilities...
