Windows Hello not working after Motherboard Replacement (XPS 27 7760)
Hello,
Dell just replaced the motherboard on my XPS 27 (7760) and the Windows Hello facial recognition system has stopped working. I updated the drivers and the integrated camera works, however the Windows Hello feature does not.
Any ideas?

Doing a clean reinstall of Windows 10 solved this problem.

Hello, can you please propose a solution if you found one? I have tried: clean install of windows , updates, bios update, clean tpm, goodix still cannot find the fingerprint reader 🤦♂️🤦♂️
