Windows 11 Upgrade for Vostro 15 3510

I hope you're well.

I'm writing to share some feedback and raise a concern regarding my Dell Vostro 15 3510 laptop, which I purchased two years ago. I was recently disappointed to discover that this model is currently not eligible for an upgrade to Windows 11.

Given that the device is relatively recent and marketed as a business laptop, I had expected it to support major OS updates for a longer period. It’s been well maintained and still performs reliably, so it’s frustrating to find that it doesn't meet the requirements for Windows 11 - especially when much older devices from other manufacturers seem to be compatible.

I would appreciate it if you could clarify why this particular model is not supported for the Windows 11 upgrade, and whether Dell is exploring any solutions or workarounds for customers in a similar position.

Hello @GaelicSnake , am just a community member and contributor, not work for Dell.

Not sure of the source leading you to but the information was incorrect. Your Dell Vostro 15 3510 is fully compatible with and fully supported Windows 11.

You can go here to Dell Support site https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-uk/product/vostro-15-3510-laptop/drivers, then click on Select Drivers. From the box Operating System, select the pull down menu and change it to Windows 11. There, you can access to all Windows 11 drivers and firmware for your system.
