Windows 11 booting into SupportAssist OS recovery

My Dell Inspiron 7306 laptop started giving me warning of low memory (most probably in the windows partition)  as it seemed it was getting full.

From then it only boots into the SupportAssist OS recovery. In the recovery mode 'Startup Repair' and 'Uninstall Updates' didn't help.

Went into the BIOS and ran preboot diagnostic tests (both the quick and the advanced) and both were successful.

One try that failed was to do a BCD edit which gave the error 'There ia not enough space on Disk.'

To test the harddrive made a USB SeaToolsBootable. It ran fine on my HP x360 i5 and was able to test/scan it's harddrive, this was to determine my SeaTools USB bootable was working.  But when I used it on the non booting DELL laptop, it started to to boot into the SeaTools but stopped at the a process (see the screen shot) even though the secure boot was disabled and the boot order made to boot from the USB first. Do I need to change a certain setup in the Dell's BIOS page to get the SeatoolsBootable working? Otherwise I will have to find another way to test the harddrive.

To sum it up. I feel that the Windows 11 partition got full, will resulted in Windows boot getting corrupted.
