Windows 11 activation code needed - new install on XPS-13-9305

Greetings!

Long story, but the hard drive died. Data is safe (thanks backblaze!)

I have downloaded from MS the Win11 ISO and media creator, and have a large USB-3 flash drive. Also have the dock for the XPS with USB-3 ports.

New SSD is in the XPS

How do I do Windows Pro product activation?

(The XPS, which I bought new from Dell, had Win Pro. and I require Win Pro)
