Windows 11 24H2

Hi all, I have an XPS 7390 laptop which I love, but I cannot get WIndows 11 24H2 to install.  When Windows Update first tried to do this manually, it seemed to create another copy of Win 11 on the hard drive, and then did this multiple times (so I got a blue screen with six versions of "Win 11 on volume 3" to choose from! Anyway, I managed to remove all these extra boot choices. I then tried using the Windows 11 installer and it appeared to be doing an install (taking a long time to get to 100%) but on restarting it said "Undoing changes made to your computer" and it's just gone back to before so I have 23H2.  I've done various scans but nothing seems to make any difference. If anyone could help I'd be grateful. Thanks.

Hi

Consider that  24H2 may be flawed, and not worth the effort.

OR

Try RUFUS to create a fresh W11 installer, with it's many options to choose from.

Then run all the DELL updates and restore your DATA from your backups.
