Hi
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
What OS came with the machine, and what OS is currently running?
IF I have the correct model...
There is no W10 listed driver section.
W7, W8 and Ubuntu 1010 I can see.
So my definitive answer is I do not know.
I believe W10 could be installed, but it will not work in terms of having the CORRECT drivers and updates installed.
Also it would be necessary to buy a Licence from a 3rd party I believe, as the existing install would not transfer any rights.
