When I open my laptop then automatically selected an icon on desktop and it can not be removed long time.
When I open the laptop then automatically selected a folder on desktop it couldn't be removed there long time .I also want to work in word file cursor can't be move.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Perhaps an external mouse could help?
