Webmaster Tools Assistance

Hi there 

I am a Windows 11 user on my Dell workstation but for the last week my website webmaster tools such as GSC, Bing webmaster tools, and Yandex are not opening easily, and if they open after loading & taking the time they are not showing the correct stats specifically on my DELL workstation, Is there any specific software I need to install or it's a hardware problem (I know there is nothing to do with the hardware but just in case). Help would be appreciated
