web cam not working

i have facing web camera problems and some drivers are missing from my laptop. please assist how to rectify this hindrance. so that i can use smoothly laptop.

When your camera isn't working in Windows 10, it might be  missing drivers after a recent update. It's also possible that your antivirus program is blocking the camera, your privacy settings don't allow camera access for some apps, or there's a problem with the app you want to use.

Rollback webcam driver

  • Open Webcam properties in Device Manager, and switch to Driver Tab.

  • Click on the Roll Back Driver button, and then choose Yes.

  • After the rollback is complete, restart your computer, and then try opening the Camera again.

Please update the outdated webcam drivers in your windows pc. You can use driver update software for update all your corrupts drivers. Advanced driver updater software can easily fix your drivers related issue.

Unplug the webcam from the computer and then plug it back into the computer. You may also want to try plugging the webcam into a different USB port than it was plugged into previously. If unplugging and replugging does not work, unplug the webcam again. Restart the computer with the webcam unplugged.
