Waves MaxxAudioPro software - can we customize it without interacting with the GUI for remote management?

We've had an issue recently where if the Equilizer switch in Maxx Audio Pro software is On, it won't send audio output from XPS 13 to our Polycom CX3000 IP phone.

I'd like to switch this button Off and somehow remotely do this for all users instead of telling them to do it manually themselves. Is this possible and if someone can point me to some documentation for this software please?
