V305w installation problem

Hello,

I am using Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 3510 Win 11 which is recently purchased.

I spotted on Ebay Dell V350W printer all brand new boxed up, it was a good price.

I have been trying to set it up but have a few problems, I installed the disc set up and the problems are I noticed Win 11 not on the disc only XP and Vista.

It is partially installed and does test print; a message box comes up saying remove tape from the black cartridge, which is removed, and I cannot do a black and white print.

a message comes up when I switch on PC saying you must download Net Framework Ver2, but I cannot get it and the same message comes up when I double click imaging toolbox icon on desktop'

All this was brand new boxed with packaging cartridges sealed up in their bags its strange how its telling to remove strip that is not on there.

I guess this is an older model now, but would like to see if I can get it up and running, if anyone can help me with this problem it will be greatly appreciated,
