unknow devices on Latitude 7440

My computer is Latitude 7440, Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

I using Dell SupportAssist and Dell Command Update.

However, my computer still have 4 unknow devices as below picture.

Any problem with my computer? how can I fix these issues
