unable to use the mouse
my mouse and touchpad doesnt work sometimes the touchpad works properly and most of the time it doesnt time for days so plz help to resolve it

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Have you checked the drivers in your system. Try to update or reinstall drivers to solve this issue. You can test the mouse on another computer to see if the issue is with the device.
