Unable to Check Ehsaas 8171 Payment on Dell Laptop – Need Help
I’m facing an issue while trying to check my Ehsaas 8171 payment status on my DELL laptop. Whenever I open the 8171 web portal, the page either doesn’t load properly or freezes before I can enter my CNIC number. Sometimes it gives a connection error, or it just keeps loading without showing anything.
Here are a few details:
Device: Dell Latitude 15 3540
Browser: Tried both Chrome and Microsoft Edge
OS: Windows 10
Internet: Working fine on other websites
I also tried opening the same portal on my mobile, and it works fine there. Could this be a browser setting, a driver issue, or something related to the laptop itself?
Would appreciate any suggestions to fix this, as I need to check the payment status urgently. Thanks in advance!

It sound like your problem is possibly related to an ad blocker or security browser extension. It that does not resolve it, check your computer security software and disable it, temporarily, and see if you can access that site. It could also be a firewall rule.
It does not sound like a computer hardware or driver issue at all. Occasionally, I am plagued by the same kind of problem, and it always relates to my ad-blocker program or a security browser extension I have installed, and I have to whitelist the site.
