For what model system, and what CPU does it have?
Any system that has a CPU supported by Windows 11 will already have TPM 2.0 -- if it has TPM 1.x, regardless of any update, the system will not have Windows 11 support.
You may be able to install Windows 11 by bypassing the CPU check but that's it -- TPM 2.0 will make no difference.
