Touchscreen and pen not working
Touchscreen and pen are not working and when I try to trouble shoot and go to the Canvas pen app, I get the lovely message "No supported hardware found"
No Events found!

Maybe because your unknown pen does not support with your undisclosed system. If you want to use active pen, verify the compatibility brochure for support models.
