SupportAssist OS Recovery - repair not available.
Trying to do an OS "repair", and it states that "This process is temporarily unavailable. Check back in later" and the button is greyed out and un-clickable.
It is a newly made "Dell support assist OS recovery" stick I just made on another computer. It is linked to the wifi, with no issues.
Hardware scan came back clean.
I need to REPAIR the OS if possible to retain files on hard drive. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you solve it ?
It must have at least 20 characters.

I have the same problem. In a dialog with Copilot I was informed that for older machines, even just 2 years old, Dell removes access to legacy files and Repair for your specific PC may not be available. My issue is I lost access to my RAID drive. I tried to repair it using using the Rapid Storage Technology Driver and unfortunately the RAID ID in the iastorVD.inf file does not match the hardware so I cannot see the RAID to repair it. The correct ID is obtained in generating the SupportAssist OS Recovery USB but it is not accessible outside SupportAssist. What I really want is a working Repair function in SupportAssist.
Anybody have any other suggestions?
