stuck on support assist screen

Hello, today I tried to open my laptop but got 3 different BSODs and I could only catch 2 of them's name. One was DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION and the other one was IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

After the last BSOD restart it got stuck on dell startup screen, the dot was not moving at all. I tried to open the laptop 2 times too and it opened as bios, support assist scanned the system and the result was good.

After then this page came: "your machine will restart and download cSOS for recovery" so i continued but now it is stuck on this "download support assist os recovery image" page saying "setting up the environment, signature verified" and nothing happened for like 15-20 minutes.
