Sent to dell for fix
So me and my dad sent a laptop to Dell service because we would not turn on for some reason and we gave our laptop to the people who can fix before we could sent it to Dell so they could not do anything and we did send it to Dell they fixed it we got our laptop back in like a week or something and after we plugged in the laptop and try to turn it on but it would not turn and my dad need the laptop in 2 days for business and he does not know what to do so he got very disappointed and we called the Dell support again to tell them that we sent the laptop and they told us to wait and they told us to to do steps and so we did and it still did not turn on and prob we have to sent it back to Dell again so disappointed pls tell the works to check 2 time and the charger as well
