screen is black, going into safe mode
I just got this system from a family member that passed away and after they erased all the information they had saved and did a reboot I guess you’ll call it. The screen is black and saying going into safe mode and nothing else. That screen just keep popping up.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
