Sad Replacement

I recently tried to add a new Ssd drive into my pc, the Samsung 990 Pro 2TB, but when I tried to boot up my pc, I was sent to a page that said checking media presence, Media Present, and start PXE over 1Pv4 on MAC: 30-DO-42-FE-76-6D.. When I tried to go to BIOS and change the booting order, the options were Windows Boot System, and Onboard NIC IPV4 and 6. No matter what I tried I couldn’t find a way to fix this.

Did you install Windows on the new drive? If not then you can download the media creation tool for Windows 10 here or Windows 11 here (you did not mention which version you had installed originally). Drives do not come with a version of Windows installed hence the system is trying to boot over the network (PXE). Once Windows is installed the first option in the boot menu should be Windows Boot Manager.

Now you also did not post the exact model number of your system. Depending on the model number it is possible that your system does not support NVMe PCIe SSD and the Samsung is that type of SSD.
