Runtime error 380

I use a little executable for inputting text in boxes. It's not at all secure but for repetitive tasks it's very useful. It's called RemoteKeys. It is still working on my laptop (Dell Inspiron 7386)  even after Win 11 24H2 update, but  ever since my wife changed hers to an XPS it has never worked. It produces a runtime error 380.

I would like to trouble shoot this but I don't know how to begin. There are no Events logged. I can decompile the .exe file on my m/c and can see the VB forms.

Any thoughts on how to proceed. I think a clean install of windows would probably fix it but that's a bit drastic.
