Reset computer to factory settings. Screen went black. Computer still on. Wont Respond.

I reset my Dell Inspiron 3671 to its factory settings last night. Not sure if I used the right method. I went to the MyDell support app and found resetting it there as an option so I decided to do that. Background info: I got my computer back in 2020 for AutoCAD purposes and it worked fine. After I graduated, I stopped using it. Now I decided to start it up again to play League of Legends and everything was running veeeery slow. Opening a web browser would take 5 minutes. I decided to reset to its factory settings last night and the screen went black. The computer is still on but is unresponsive. Decided to let it sit for the night and see if anything changed in the morning. Nothing changed. Should I just turn it off and turn it back on or should I wait?
