If your device was shipped with Windows 10 pro, the license was embedded on motherboard and Windows should had been activated.
If you reinstall Windows on a pre-activated device, the installation process should not asking to enter Windows key. When the installation is complete and the device connects to internet, it will reactivated the license automatically.
