Print too small when printing from IE

I have asked this before, but didn't get a firm resolution. Someone suggested it was a printer or print driver problem. But I don't know how to check or change that! When I print a MSW document or an email the print is OK. When I am on the internet, the print on screen is normal, but when I print something the print is 'tiny' and grey. It is very difficult to read. Is there something I should have checked or unchecked, or is there any other trick that anyone knows of. This hasn't always been this way, but I have been putting up with it for almost a year. Any help will be greatly appreciated:smileyhappy:
