Permission issue after cloing to SSD

I need help with a strange issue which has come up. I upgraded my vostro 3490 to M2NVME ssd on my vostro 3490 few months ago. Cloned the HDD to the ssd. Now it boots from SSD and has 1tb HDD as extra drive in it. Since almost a month ago ; I am getting this permissions error in (see screenshot also) whenever I click on Chrome or Word or Excel.- ""Windows cannot access the specified drive, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access them."" I tried enabling the admin accuont ; my user already has admin rights & giving full control to Everyone didn't really solve the issue. I don't see this issue if I boot from my old HDD (as I had not formatted it while cloning) Booting via ssd is almost unusable. How to fix this issue ? see the error screenshot at https://www.dell.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/78487iB13282E1F15536DC/image-size/large?v=1.0&px=999

From what I see on the screen shot, are you sure that your antivirus program is not blocking it?  I would run a full scan on that drive as an AV program can cause that error.

This time I did cloing again after disabling mcafee.

It seemed to have worked.

Thanks for your help.
