Outlook Express: 0x800CCC0F error

Now this one's a real puzzler.

I've got a new laptop, XP Pro with Norton Internet Security. I'm using Outlook Express and whilst I can receive all my messages, I can only send on one account. On all the others I get an 0x800CCC0F server time-out errors.

What's weird though is that from a different location it sends and receives fine.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, but all my email and firewall settings are definately correct. The fact that from some places it works 100% fine is the troubling bit.

You indicate that you are using different locations. If so, and if you are using different ISPs, then you may need to send mail using a POP3 account for the ISP you are on at the time, or else use an internet based e-mail account.
