OS Recovery Stuck on Reset Page, Next button grayed out
Trying to reload os using the Recovery tool but I'm stuck on the Reset page. The Next button is grayed out and doesn't seem there's any i can do. According to the help, there is supposed to be a checkbox. Once checked, the Next button is supposed to be active, but I don't see a check box anywhere on the page.
