optiplex gx620 with pentium 4 630 3.20ghz cant upgrade to windows 10
i cant upgrade to windows 10 please help i need to upgrade but cant get a new pc

That is a 17 year old system and I am guessing that you have very little RAM installed. Besides that your CPU does not support some extensions required by Windows 10. This page at Intel has more information. In short you may have to go with if not a new PC then a used but Windows compatible PC. There are many Optiplex and other makes that can be purchased cheaply which are much newer and run Windows 10 properly.
