OptiPlex 7090 Ultra, C2422HE webcam no longer working
My setup is C2422HE monitor connected via USB-C to OptiPlex 7090 Ultra running on Windows 11.
The webcam used to work but no longer works recently. I notice Cameras is missing in Device Manager (with show hidden devices selected), needless to say all its items inside it. This makes me to think the camera is no longer detected or somehow the drivers are corrupted.
I tried popping down and up the camera physically, turning on and off all the related camera setting in Windows, unplugging and reconnecting the USB-C and power cable, unfortunately no luck. There is no camera setting in BIOS.
Thinking of reinstalling the driver, however, I could not find it in Dell's site. According to Dell's article, the driver is from Windows.
Any suggestion to further troubleshoot this before I call Dell for support?

At the end, I have the monitor C2422HE replaced. The webcam issue resolved, it is a hardware issue.
