OptiPlex 5080 SFF CTO - Windows 11 Upgrade - Will existing programs and applications remain?

Hello all.

I will upgrade my OptiPlex 5080 SFF CTO whose service tag indicate that it is no longer "supported" to Windows 11 this weekend.

To prepare, I just want to know:

1. How can I make a recovery disk if possible? Are there any detailed information or links on how to do this?

2. Before I upgrade the BIOS, can I make a recovery or rollback BIOS in case it fails? Are there any detailed information or links on how to do this if possible?

3. Is it possible to make a restore point or recovery image to rollback to Windows 10 if possible? Are there any detailed information or links on how to do this?

4. After the upgrade, will all my existing programs such as QuickBooks, OneDrive, Office365, DropBox, AutoCad, and other specialized software remain after my upgrade to Windows 11 including configuration and settings, etc?

Do you have any other recommendations or advice you have experienced or know of before I upgrade such as upgrading the bios and drivers, backing up important files,  etc. is appreciated.
