NSIS Error

Hello. I have a weird problem. Suddenly I have mouse stuttering as hell, moving 5mm per second and error "delldisplay manager stopped to work". If I press restart, it helped first minunte but after the same problemm ouse is stuttering and the same error. I have downloaded the Dell display manager here

and I have another problem now. NSIS Error, installer integrity has failed. I cannot even install installer and update this manager. The most weird stuff is that when I press ctrl+alt+del all is working fine including mouse, so I can restart device easily. As soon as I close and see my desktop, I have mouse stettering problems again.

After some minutes mouse started to work as usual but I need at least to update installer, any ideas what is it and how to fix it?
