No start parameter has exceeded operating range
I am still running my dinosaur. On restart, after updating or installing software and the dreaded windows updates, it will restart to a black screen that says "a parameter has exceeded it's operating range. This can sometimes be a hard disc drive problem. Please back up your data regularly, etc. Press F2 to continue." This will take me to the BIOS settings. So at every restart, I have to reset CMOS and hit the power button. It takes me to the same screen, but gives me an option of F1 to start or F2 to enter settings. I hit F1 and it starts right up. I have replace my video card, hard drive, replaced the SATA cables and the battery on the board. Installed updates and am getting the same thing. Anyone get this figured out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You TOO expensive to get a new one right now. I want to do a Ryzen build...

Try running Dell Diagnostic's extended test on the hard drive.
