My nephew removed windows 10 and installed linux and then just wiped the drives...
I loaned my laptop to my nephew. He installed linux and removed windows 10. The recovery tool in bios and usb keep failing at the first reboot to setup windows. What do I do?

Perform a clean Windows 10 installation using Windows Creation Tool from Microsoft.

If you have enabled OneDrive you can recover your files. To do that first ,
🔹Download win 10 ISO file from Microsoft website and boot a usb drive
🔹Boot your pc with the usb drive and install windows 10 on your laptop
🔹Log into your Microsoft account and recover your files from OneDrive
