Here is Microsoft 365 purchase instruction from Dell https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/ms365
Check available options and rates https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/microsoft365-store-at-dell
Or you can subscribe directly from Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/microsoft-365

I canceled my Dell MS 365 renewal so that I could renew through Microsoft on October 15. 2025. (I no longer have a Dell computer and wanted to deal with another vender-Microsoft.) When I tried to renew through Microsoft, Microsoft kept sending me back to Dell to renew. When I finally gave up renewing through Microsoft (October 22, 2025), and tried to renew through Dell, the renewals kept showing up as 'canceled.' As of today, November 9, 2025, I have two charges from Dell for two renewals. As of October 30, there were two charges to my Paypal account on Dell and no way to renew through Dell. I filed a dispute. through Paypal, and the dispute has been decided in Dell's favor. When I decided to dispute Paypal's findings, I pulled up my Dell account, and Low and Behold! Two MS365 renewals were there - waiting to be downloaded. I do not want either of these MS365 potential downloads. How do I get Dell to cancel these downloads and refund my money?
