m17, update KB5028254 issues

I have an Alienware m17 computer with Windows 11. I’m trying to install the cumulative update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based systems (KB5028254), the latest one from 26/06/2023, but I’m having problems during the installation. I go to Windows Update, install the update, and restart my PC. The PC indicates that it is at a certain percentage. The PC restarts several times to perform the update, but after two restarts, the Alienware logo with its inscription (the startup page) remains frozen. So I turn off the PC and turn it back on (I tried waiting really long but it remains really frozen). And suddenly the update goes very fast, from 30% to 95% very quickly. And then it gets stuck at 97% and displays the message “Something went wrong. No need to worry - undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer.” Since this update, I can no longer search for applications in the Windows search bar and I cannot view my notifications. I tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the update, but it didn’t work. I also tried temporarily disabling my antivirus, but that didn’t work either.

If you have any ideas on how to solve this problem, I would be very grateful.

J’ai un ordinateur Alienware M17 avec Windows 11. J’essaie d’installer la mise à jour cumulative pour Windows 11 Version 22H2 pour les systèmes x64 (KB5028254), la toute dernière du 26/06/2023, mais je rencontre des problèmes lors de l’installation.

Je vais sur Windows Update, j’installe la mise à jour, et je redémarre mon PC. Le PC m’indique qu’il est à un certain nombre de pourcentages. Le PC redémarre plusieurs fois pour effectuer la mise à jour, sauf qu’au bout de deux redémarrages, le logo Alienware avec son inscription (la page de démarrage) reste figée. Donc j’éteins le PC et le rallume (j’ai essayé d’attendre vraiment longtemps mais ça reste vraiment figée). Et tout d’un coup la mise à jour va très vite, de 30% à 95% très rapidement. Et ensuite, elle se bloque à 97% et affiche le message « Tout ne s’est pas passé comme prévu. Pas besoin de s’inquiéter - annulation des modifications. N’éteignez pas votre ordinateur ». Depuis cette mise à jour, je ne peux plus rechercher des applications dans la barre de recherche Windows et je ne peux pas consulter mes notifications. J’ai essayé de redémarrer mon ordinateur et de réinstaller la mise à jour, mais cela n’a pas fonctionné. J’ai également essayé de désactiver temporairement mon antivirus, mais cela n’a pas fonctionné non plus.

Si vous avez des idées sur la façon de résoudre ce problème, je vous serais très reconnaissant.
