Loading a Windows image to a flash drive

Good afternoon! Tell me, please, I'm trying to download the Windows image to the USB flash drive using the OS Recovery Tool. In step 3, the recovery image is downloaded and verified. How long to check the recovery image. I already have it for about 3 hours. Is that OK?
