Issues with copying files to phone

I've been trying to connect files to my phone via the 'Send to Apple Iphone' feature in File Explorer. It hasn't been working, and instead giving me that it has been 'disconnected' or 'stopped responding.' I've also been having issues with Alienware Mobile Connect, not being able to copy semi-big file sizes.
