ISSUE: Precision 3591 always reboots right after cold start

Question

Hi my new work laptop (Dell Precision 3591) always reboots once right after a cold start. Sometimes it reboots before I can login into Windows. Sometimes I open an application before it reboots (up to a minute after the windows login screen appears). After the reboot everything work fine. The same thing happens to the Laptop of a colleague of mine so it is not isolated to one machine (we are the only ones with this type of Laptop at work). IT suspected the Dell docking station we use at work and have tried to change 1 or 2 BIOS settings to no avail but after going into home office I noticed that it also happens without the docking station.

Please let me know what further information may be useful to help resolve this issue.

We have exactly the same problem here – with the identical model. We have Windows 10 Enterprise installed. Apparently the problem should not occur with Windows 11.
What operating system do you have installed?

We are having the same issue with the Precision 3591 machines. The Lattitude 5550's are not experiencing this issue. We have a mix of Windows 10 and Windows 11 and both are experiencing the same issue.

Hello, I work for a big company. We started giving users 3591, and we already have several cases of reboots right after the cold start. Is there already a statement from DELL as it is becoming a big issue?

Did we get any feedback from Dell on this? Laptop also starts to freeze and i wait before it comes back.  Eagerly waiting!!!
