Inspiron N5010, Recovery discs?
Inspiron 15 N5010
Can anyone help me with finding a recovery disk for the 12 year old Inspiron N5010? When I upgraded to the non-supported Windows 10, I totally forgot to make a recovery disc and now I am requiring with the discs.

If you need to reinstall Windows, all you need is a flash drive and Internet to download the installer.
Use Microsoft Media Creation Tool to create the installer on a flash drive, boot from that flash drive and begin the installation process.
I wrote a detailed description of how to install Windows 10 and 11. It may help you.
Here's another description of the install process, from a Microsoft MVP.
Any drivers that are not provided by Windows Update can be found here: Support for Inspiron 15 N5010 | Drivers & Downloads. After a clean install, the first thing to install is the Intel HM57 Express Chipset Driver. I would install that chipset driver before connecting to the Internet and running Windows Update.

hi Filbert, Thanks for response Do you know any other method in installing windows 7 because when i tried 10 it didn't respond much and froze instantly and I am trying not to risk myself in any of the websites in offering windows 7 for free. So do you have a method where I can get an ISO with Dell Versions if possible?
