Inspiron Laptop started printing slowly (5 minutes per page)
Inspiron 16 7620 2-in-1
Started printing very slowly (5 minutes per page) in the past few days. I printed with another laptop (Windows 10) and it worked as normal.
I updated the drive on the Brother Printer HLL5200DW.
I ran the full diagnostics on the Laptop with no issues identified.
Windows was updated a few days ago.
Any suggestions?

Slow printing on an Inspiron laptop (5 minutes per page) can be caused by several factors, including printer driver issues, network problems, or printer configuration problems. Troubleshooting steps include checking the printer driver, adjusting print settings, verifying network connectivity, and running printer diagnostics.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Printer Driver:
Update the Driver: Ensure you have the latest printer driver installed from the printer manufacturer's website.
Try a Generic Driver: If the problem persists, try using a generic Microsoft printer driver to rule out driver incompatibility.
Uninstall and Reinstall: Uninstall the current printer driver and reinstall it to ensure it's correctly configured.
2. Adjust Print Settings:
Print Immediately: In the printer properties, make sure "Start printing immediately" is selected under the "Advanced" tab.
Optimize Print Quality: Reduce print resolution or try a different print mode to see if that improves speed.
3. Verify Network Connectivity (if applicable):
Check Network Connection: Make sure your laptop is connected to the same network as the printer.
Test Direct Connection: If possible, try printing directly to the printer via a USB cable to rule out network issues.
4. Check Print Spooler:
Restart the Print Spooler: You can restart the print spooler service in Windows to clear any temporary issues.
5. Run Printer Diagnostics:
Use Printer Software: Most printers come with software that can run diagnostics to identify potential problems.
Dell Diagnostics: Dell offers both integrated and online diagnostics for their computers, which can help identify hardware-related problems.
Additional Tips:
Check for Corrupted Files:
Run the System File Checker (SFC) tool in Windows to scan for and repair corrupted system files.
Restart Your Computer:
A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches that may be causing slow printing.

@DELL-Jesse L I've narrowed the issue down to using Ethernet cable for my laptop and WiFI for my printer. If I use WiFi for both, printing works normally.
I tried the 2 options for another laptop - It works normally for both WiFi and Using Ethernet.
Any suggestions for what may be wrong with the laptop?
I ran the Dell diagnostics. It said everything was fine, but did list 3 items as "Failure" - Intel(R) TypeC PCIe - 466E; Intel(R) TypeC PCIe - 463F; PCIeStatus
