Inspiron 5770 i7 with SSD 256G+HDD 2T/W10 - how to get W10 recovery image for installation

Hi, My SSD 256G is crashed with W10 Home installed at the factory (initial state).

Is there a possibility to acquire Recovery image of W10/W11 for reinstall on new SSD? What are best and cost effective options?
