Inspiron 5675, CPU is not supported

I have a Dell Inspiron Gaming Desktop 5675 that I bought only 3 years ago. I ran the PC Health Check on it and discovered that the processor "isn't currently supported for Windows 11".

With a bit of research, I discovered that my processor is 1st generation Ryzen, which Windows 11 does not support.

So what do I do now? Would it be possible to upgrade to a 2nd generation AMD processor?

My computer specs:

Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight-Core Processor 3.4 GHz
Motherboard: Dell 07PR60
Installed memory (RAM): 16.0 GB (16GB DDR4 2400MHz)
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB GDDR5 Graphics Memory
Hard drives: 256GB M.2 Solid State Drive (Boot) + 1TB 7200RPM Hard Drive (Storage)

The 2017 released Inspiron Desktop 5675 is not in the approved Windows 11 list. Even if you could find a validated CPU, you could still have issues with the OEM BIOS and lack of Windows 11 drivers.

Not the solution I would have preferred, of course, because it means my PC only has another 4 years before becoming obsolete, but thank you for replying to my query.

I have the same issue.. exact same. I knew I should have purchased the Asus, and not this Dell. Last time for me Dell! What a disappointment.
