Inspiron 3520, unable log-in into the system

Question

This is regarding issue coming in my laptop. I have purchased Dell laptop in 2012 from authorised dealer in Gujarat, India. Laptop is very very good and it is running perfectly from last 13 years. From last two days I am unable log-in in the system. I have not changed my password from last 13 years. But today laptop is showing that password is wrong and due to it I am unable access my personal data. I need your help in this regards.

Try the on-screen keyboard or an external USB keybaord -- it could be a faulty key(board).

Hi Can you explain what screen(s) the boot-up process goes thru? What OS is in use. Has the CMOS coin cell battery been changed?
