Inspiron 14 7440 2-in-1 - Win 11 24H2 - Realtek 12.0.6000.1645 installation issue

I keep getting an install error for this s/w but the history also shows it's installed successfully and SupportAssist shows my drivers are up to date.

Strangely Microsoft shows this as Win 10 s/w https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=realtek+audio+driver+10

Any thoughts or suggestions?
