I have searched but it is mind blowing at age 75, Optplex 9010 want to dual boot

What I need to know is after the computer has loaded Win10 is there any way that I can put on the desktop a link to my second hard drive with Win 7 so I do not have to shut the machine down? Optiplex 9010
