How to Restore to Factory Settings in Dell Laptop

Hello there, I am unable to get the option to factory reset settings and restore image in SupportOS Recovery in my Dell G3 15 3500 Indian Unit. Recently I had formatted my C: drive and had reinstalled windows from USB after that I am unable to get the option to "reset to factory settings" but only getting the option "reset and update". I want to restore my laptop to the operating system and software that my laptop came with.  Symptoms for getting to previous version windows are :- I am not able to redeem my MC-Affe Antivirus 15 months subscription which I had access to in the previous version windows, I cannot install My Dell application which came inbuilt in the previous version which helped me to properly understand my laptop functions and so on. So please help me in this regard. Thanks in advance.
