How to fix this issue

as soon as I am completing this process it is asking for a shutdown and when i did it, it is again starting the same process and again asking for shutdown

Need to edit your post to remove the picture that contains personal info (the device service tag).

Unless your system boot drive has failed and triggered the Support Assist to scan for issue, you can stop the diagnostics by a force shutdown with power button.  Disconnect power and battery, press and hold power button for 30 seconds.  Reconnecting battery and power.  Boot system up and access BIOS settings via F2 to make adjustment to BIOS settings to match system hardware and usage preference.
